If you are a child and need to make a complaint about your care or the service you have received then you can contact us directly and a senior member of management will get back to you as soon as they’re available.

You can raise a concern directly at any time.

You can be confident you will be listened to and taken seriously.

Should you feel you need to progress your complaint/concern further, you can contact the following agencies:

If you are a professional or a member of the public and wish to raise a complaint/concern about our services, you can either tell us by speaking to a member of staff or the manager of the service directly.

If you are not satisfied that the problem has been properly dealt with to the appropriate standards then you can make a complaint to The Children’s Home Company by using this form.
